Happy Hour FAIL



     What do you think about driving drunk? I chose this PSA because usually, we use many social networking services (SNS), for example, they are Facebook and twitter. This PSA shows us about fear of driving drunk through SNS. So we can think about driving drunk easier and closer. We also can compare with our behavior and driving drunk.

     This PSA shows us fear of driving drunk. We have to think about designate a driver when we drink alcohol and we need ride. If we drive drunk, we will lose not only driver license. We may lose job, a large amount of money, and partner. When we drive drunk, we go to the jail. We have to contact with lawyer, also go to court to hear, take community service classes. We have to spend time, so we can't talk and meet with our partner. And also we lose job because we have no enough time, so we become to absent job. We have a lot of things have to do if we drive drunk. Also we need a lot of money to do everything. Therefore we lose a lot of money. These situations are from this PSA. Don't you think it is terrible, and driving drunk is a source of vicious circle? Driving drunk has big effects for us.

     After watching this PSA, I noticed we can find driver easier because recently we tend to post our condition or feeling on website, and we check our friends' post every day. We don't have to drive by ourselves when we drink alcohol. In addition, we can stop friends’ driving drunk. If I know my friend drinks alcohol and then try to drive, I can say stop driving, or I can drive instead of you. Of course, we can and should stop driving drunk by ourselves, but we can also stop people we know driving drunk. I think it is a kind of virtuous circle.

     I think driving drunk has not only damage for people driven drunk. Driving drunk may has a victim.  If you drive drunk and you have a victim of driving drunk. You have bigger effects than lose driver license and money. You may lose everything. In sum, driving drunk has only bad effects. Remember, driving drunk takes your life. You have to be careful. Stop driving drunk. Do not have a person to drive drunk.

New York trip made me big.

Times square

     I went to New York with Hiromi and Masakatsu. I have thought I want to go to New York before I went there so I was looking forward to go there. When I was in airplane to New York from St. Louis, I waited for arriving at New York with a pounding heart. This New York trip made me big. We went to a lot of places. For example, United Nations , Central Park, The New York Public Library, Empire State Building, American Museum of Natural History, Statue of Liberty, Ellis island and so on. New York has a lot of places to have to visit because there were a lot of histories.

     1st day, I went to United Nations, Grand Central terminal and the New York public library. There were written constellations on the ceiling of Grand Central terminal. It looks pretty good.  The New York public library has a lot of books and their looks like library that appear in the movie so it was cute. Actually, I go to Empire State Building to see a night view on 1st day but I didn't go there because it was heavy rainy so I thought I couldn't see a good night view.

     2nd day, I went to Central Park and Empire State Building. Central Park was very large. I couldn't walk all area. I just walked a half. 2nd day was very good sunny day so it was suitable for walking in the park. Every scenery in the park was very good so I was calm. I felt the air was clear. I'm not sure here were a lot of people who was running because every scenery was good and the air was clear so I thought I want to running. In the night, I went to Empire State Building to see a night view. I got up to 86 floor and 102 floor. The night view was pretty good from 86 floor but that one from 102 floor was more better. I took a lot of pictures. I was impressed and the night view was too beautiful so I closed to tears. I've never seen such as beautiful night view.

American Museum of Natural History

     3rd day, I went to American Museum of Natural History and saw the Lion King. I walked the whole museum to see every exhibits. I enjoyed to see the exhibits of movie "Night at the Museum". I could see the statue of moai, the tyrannosaurus, the mammoth and so on but I couldn't see the statue of Theodore Roosevelt because he was fixing. He come backs October27th. Next time, I want to see him. In the  night, I saw the Lion King. It was the first time to see it. It was high quality so I thought the animals that appeared the Lion King were  genuine. I was impressed so I cried three times instinctively.

Madame Tussauds

    4th day was shopping day in an all. Last day in the New York, I went to Madame Tussauds. It was a wax museum. There were a lot of wax doll resembled a lot of famous person. For example, Gandhi, The Beatles,  Marilyn Monroe, Lady Gaga and so on. They looked like so resembled. 

     I could enjoy my Fall break, New York trip could make a wonderful memory. New York is the big city so I saw and heard a lot of Japanese and other foreigners there than St. Louis. Therefore there were many Japanese explanations and people who can speak Japanese nevertheless I felt my English was poor and I have to study more because I couldn't explain that I want to explain sometimes. Now, I'm studying English so I have to do it more and when I go to New York again, I want to explain more smoothly. I hope so. My New York trip made me think about my English and purpose of studying abroad.

TOYOTA

 Do you know TOYOTA? It is a company of cars. My hometown has a person who was the founder of TOYOTA group. 

  His name is Sakichi Toyoda. He decided to become to be useful with invention for society after graduated elementary school and he started to improve the weaving machine because it was common society at the time. He invented a lot of weaving machines. For example, the human power weaving machine which is made of wood, the power-driven weaving machine which is made of wood, the G model power- driven weaving machine and so on. He went to Europe and the United States to research the spinning industry and he built Toyota Industries Corporation. It is a foundation of TOYOTA group. 

  One his invention which is the G model power-driven weaving machine was in the vanguard of the current of the times to revise the factory law was decided by the International Labor Conference at the time and prohibit women and children work at midnight and industry and streamlining of management of overcome global recession. His idea helped a national critical, invented as the Industrial Revolution and contributed much to the global textile industry so his idea was realized.

 Even now, TOYOTA group is developing to achieve his idea. As a result, his invention put people around him in action. Actually, his son founded TOYOTA group because he was influenced by his father. He said, "Open the window and look outside, what a big world out there!" Do you understand this meaning? Many people are influenced by this words and then move to action.

TOYOTA

Study abroad.

 Hi,  how are you?
It had past soon since I came here. I have already been staying here for two weeks.I could make a lot of friends on two weeks. American, Chinese, Japanese, European and so on.I want to make a lot of friends so I am very happy.

   I have a question. Why are you studying abroad? I think there are a lot of reasons. I have a lot of reasons. Now, I will tell you particular two reasons.

  First, I want to speak English.I could speak English in Japan but I think I can do it more in America because I tried to do it but I spoke Japanese sometimes so I studied abroad. I had been thought I could speak English but I don't think so now. I can't do it at all so I'm a little sad but I thought that I have to study English more. I want to speak English well and talk with my friends fluency and then I think I and my friends will become good friends more.

  Second, I want to get a lot of knowledges. I know about Japanese but I don't know about around the world. For example, a lot of kinds culture, language, custom, tradition and so on. I want to get them. I think that it makes good experience for me and it connects my dream. It is to become an announcer of radio. I think it is useful for it and make my humor riched.

  As a result, I am studying abroad now. Do you have anything  that agree with me? I study English only four months here. I think four months will past soon so I have to study hard. I miss my Japanese friends sometime but I'll exert all my power! Let's study English together!!
